1. General notes
We aim to maintain a minimum user data that is essential
for the business.
2. What data we keep
- Account owners' email. This is for identifying user of the
service. We use the leading authentication
service auth0 for
user management.
- Visitor tile access logs. Our logs contain visitors' IP
address, visited tiles and client Accept-Language
header. These are essential to billing and tile
management. These logs are kept for 35 days.
3. What data we don't have
- Password. Your password is handled through
auth0. See auth0

- Card information. If you have a paid plan,
your credit card information is saved
on Stripe. We don't
have your full card number and CVS check
