3. Use License
Tracestrack grants you permission to use its map tiles for personal and commercial purposes, including use on websites, apps, media, and printed materials, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0 DEED) license.
Mass tile downloads are prohibited without agreement with Tracestrack. Any request header spoofing will be flagged as a security threat, resulting in temporary IP blocks or 403 responses for the offending addresses.
4. Disclaimer
All materials provided by Tracestrack are offered “as is” without any guarantees, either expressed or implied. Tracestrack disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Furthermore, Tracestrack does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the materials on its service or on any linked sites.

- Maps are dynamically rendered, and Tracestrack does not guarantee the freshness or consistency of map data at all times.
- Map styles are subject to change and may evolve over time.
