1. General notes
We aim to maintain a minimum user data that is essential
for the business.
2. What data we have
- Email. This is for identifying user of the
service. We use the leading authentication
service auth0 for
user management.
- Tile access information. We count tile usage data
based on access keys. Tile numbers are logged to
determine which areas are active and need to be rerendered.
3. What data we don't have
- Password. Your password is handled through
auth0. See auth0

- Card information. If you have a paid plan,
your credit card information is saved
on Stripe. We don't
have your full card number and CVS check

We don't log IPs of end users.
